The site will then direct you to a registration page where you will fill out an information form. This information will allow us to match you with the right dental professional for your specific needs. In the registration form, make sure to identify yourself as a patient.

Q: What do each of the request statuses in my account mean?

Status Name Description
Quote Request Draft The status “Quote Request Draft” appears when a patient begins a request for a dental service.  A doctor cannot make a bid on this request while it has a “Quote Request Draft” status. This status will not change until the patient is ready to submit the Quote Request.
Quote Request Pending This status indicates that the patient has submitted a Quote Request and the YourToothFairy team is reviewing the patient’s information. After the patient makes a payment for the dental service request, the status will display “Quote Request Pending”. This status will be displayed until a representative approves and validates the patient’s request.
Patient Review YourToothFairy Team has reviewed your submitted Quote Request and returned it to the Patient with a message including advice to improve the request. Simply make your updates and re-submit to receive your quotes.
Quote Request Received The status “Quote Request Received” is displayed when a customer has officially submitted a request for a dental service bid. Any dental professional has the option to bid on this service.
Doctor Confirmation Pending After the patient selects your dental service, the status of the bid will be changed to “Waiting for Doctor Approval”. This service request will be validated when you approve the patient.
Appointment Pending The doctor has confirmed the patient’s selection for their offer and the doctor has paid their fees. The doctor will provide the patient with a proposal of appointments based on the patient's shared preference or may call to agree on an appointment over the phone and confirm the appointment details through YourToothFairy online.
Service in Progress The service has been selected and an appointment is agreed between the parties.
Closed The Quote Request will be closed and archived after 45 days from the date the status changed to Appointment Pending.

Q: How do I make payments using PayPal? How does it work?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment confirmation will automatically be sent to your email for your order.
